Benefit Process

Five stages to help your business offer relevant and useful benefits to all of your employees.

Our five stage system will take you through the process to understand your business, the benefits that you currently offer and then make specific, tailored recommendations to enhance the existing system.  An ongoing review system will then help you to ensure that your benefits remain relevant and useful on an ongoing basis.

Initial Consultation

Stage 1:

Initial Consultation

Our initial consultation is aimed at understanding your business, both in terms of the current position and your plans for the future.

Impartial Review

Stage 2:

Impartial Review

We will provide an impartial review of your existing benefit structure to ensure it reflects what the business is trying to achieve and promotes the culture the company wants to create. The review will also provide an analysis of the existing benefit costs to ensure the most competitive benefit programme is provided.

Recommendation

Stage 3:

Recommendation

Following our analysis, we will report back to you to outline our findings. Our report will include our recommendations for potential improvements to the benefit programme.

Implementation

Stage 4:

Implementation

Following our consultation, we will agree the most effective employee benefit strategy for your firm and how the benefit programme would be best structured. Should any changes be required, we will work with you to implement these smoothly, and ensure employees fully understand and appreciate the benefits provided.

Review

Stage 5:

Review

It is vital to review an employee benefit programme to ensure it continues to deliver your objectives. The final stage of the process will be to agree a suitable review frequency to monitor and improve the benefit programme over time.
